Once payment has been received and verified, the order can proceed to preparation and delivery arrangements.
2. EFT / Bank Transfer
Customers choosing EFT should use the banking information provided directly by Autoways Engines & Gearbox on the applicable quotation, invoice or official communication.
Always verify the banking details with Autoways Engines & Gearbox before making payment. Do not rely solely on banking details received through an unexpected email, message or third party.

4. Payment Reference
When making an EFT payment, customers should use the relevant quotation number, invoice number or order reference as the payment reference.
This helps our team identify and allocate your payment to the correct order.
5. Proof of Payment
Customers may be requested to provide proof of payment after completing an EFT.
Proof of payment should clearly show the payment reference, amount and transaction information.
Providing proof of payment does not necessarily mean that funds have been cleared. Dispatch will take place once payment has been verified according to our payment procedures.

Payment
Customer completes payment using an approved method.

Payment is checked and allocated to the correct order.
Dispatch
Product preparation and delivery arrangements proceed.
7. Payment Amounts
The amount payable will be based on the agreed quotation, invoice or order confirmation.
Additional charges may apply where applicable, including delivery, transport or other agreed services.
8. Payment Currency
Unless otherwise agreed, transactions for customers in South Africa are quoted and processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Any alternative currency arrangement must be agreed with Autoways Engines & Gearbox before payment.
